My new amazing robos!

Today, I brought 9 new roborovskis home.

Four older adorable robos - I agreed to take them home from a friend, and they will just enjoy life as seniors! They are from may-june 2012.



Ivory (black eyed white female) and Anthony (agouti male)

and then five young roborovskis - 3 males and 2 females. I was suposed to only get four young robos, but the little recessive pied male kept jumping in my hand and wouldn't let go of my fingers, so I decided to bring him home with me! They are from august 2013.

Aske (dominant pied), Philip (black eyed white) and Donkey (recessive pied)

Just out of curiousity, are you keeping the elderly robos in mixed sexed pairs?

aww! so cute i've never seen different coloured robo's other than the agouti colouring so great to see!

The elderly robos have always been together in these groups (I know their old owner, and they have ALWAYS been together, have never made any pups, so they don't breed).

They are a lot older than I was told to begin with, and I'm really afraid to seperate them (last time I seperated an older pair, the male stopped eating and died).

Anthony is from May 2010, Ivory is from January 2011, Kenneth is from July 2011 and Mathide is from October 2011 - so they are not young!

My goodness what long living robos! Anthony is the oldest robo I have ever heard of, nearly three and a half wow. Ivory is also doing very well! I agree no chance of pups at those ages, hopefully just a while left in peaceful retirement

Wow, Anthony and Ivory are looking great for such old robos. I'm sure they will have a wonderful retirement with you. The young fluffs are beautiful additions to your robo family.
