It was kinda of a rescue situation... They were living all togeter and sincerely, it would have been wayyyyyyyy too cruel to leave with only few... Plus, I had 4 of them already reserved... 2 of them are 2 years old...So I was left with 4 "long term" if I may express myself this way... The 10 of them were are snuggled up agains each other... My OH almost fell on his knees when he saw them (also, the dog wouldn't let go of him !! She wanted cuddles and lovely words tooo! ) They are now separated into 2 groups of 5 (males and females separated!!) and I had nightmares of a male being misexed in my ZZ 2 of females !!!! LOL ! Now, my OH doesn't want any of them leaving... He'S "worried" they wouldn't have the sae quality of life elsewhere... I managed to have him confess that he would also feel totally heartbroken to see any of them go, that he was totally in love with them and that he wanted to transform his GIANT buffet into 2 2 meters long cages ! (!!!!!!) He said they would have more room than in my "now medium" cages !! Geez !!! You should have seen him working of the bottle holder yesterday... I couldn't help but having the most giant smile !!
Funny story : my OH woke up by 5am and started searching for me in the bed... I was lying down.... at the end of the bed, my head kinda hanging down towards the girls's cage !!!! I remember falling asleep curled up with him in the normal position... I don't remember having a urge to watch them !! LOL !! He was laughing ! We definitly got the Robo passion now... And I have to go to work... =(

LOL what a way to wake up. Just think about them and it will get you through the day. So happy you got so many of them and I really hope they behave and stay together.
Your other half sounds awesome, it is funny how they fall in love with them as much as we do. So unexpected isnt it.

TOTALLY !!!! I was thinking it was out of fatigue after driving for 12 hours... and then felt it was because we were exausted after 24 hours on the road... This morning, I realised that he was still thinking of how to improve their cage and to make sure the lid is really secure and all.... I will have to make him red stuff about hammies tho ! He has to realise the groups can brake... Ohh... wait... He already knows that... He said he would want to keep 2-3 of each sex "solo" if the groups would break... I guess he is just an addict !! He will never be allowed to say that there's too many cages in the house ! LOLL !!!!

Indeed it'S a huge change ! The idea was to avoid any females getting pregnant again... The people there we unable to sex them... =( Now, we're supposed to have this cleared as they got sexed yesterday...! =D
