If you don't know which ham is the bully you'll have to separate the victim. And unfortunately it'd be best to separate asap now, have you got a storage box you could empty and use as a temporary cage or something?

No... Everyone makes mistakes and I assure you giving them a good life is a much better way of giving them a happy life than handing them back in.

I feel so bad because I can't stop them fighting or do anything.

They must be so stressed and unhappy and it's all because of me.

Don't feel bad, you are doing your best. You just need to try and get them seperated if you can now.

It'd be worse at the pet shop, hams fall out - at least you watched and saw, there's no guarantee the pet shop would've.
You care, pet shops don't.

I live out of town and don't have access to supplies often. I've only got 2 water bottles (My Lovely Syrian has the other)

The only place I could put one of them is the bath tub not filled with water obviously but it wouldn't have access to toys. It would have food and water in a dish.

I'm at my wits end I just don't know what I should do and if I can take care of them

I'm sorry I can't give more advice, but I know from experience how stressful separations and hams not getting on can be. I know its a nightmare and I know it can be overwhelming, I imagine thats worse when you're unprepared but you'll get through it.

As a short term measure I'd advise removing everything from their cage apart from the substrate and a pile of bedding. Obviously let them keep at least one water bottle (preferably two if you can get a second in a duna - maybe stick one in a toilet roll tube with a hole poked through it or something), and scatter feed.
It'll give absolutely nothing to fight over and might buy you more time, but now blood has been drawn things could get very nasty at any time I'm afraid.
Its up to you if you want to do that and risk keeping them together or find a way of separating them, unfortunately the bathtub will probably be too cold to house a hamster at this time of year

Do not feel bad, this is not your fault, if anything the advice you were originally given which led you to taking three hamsters home as a new owner is to blame. This is done now, so all you can do is your best for them. Take the injured ham out, do you have even a bucket in the house? It's not the end of the world what your ham is in for one night only as long as she'he is warm, has a little food and access to water. I had to have one of my first ever robos Jam in a bucket in the bath for a night when I first separated him from his brother as I was completely unprepared. He was fine, and I went and picked up a new cage the next morning.
