Re: ROBOS in Canada !?!?!?!?!?!?
I didn't realize Robos were so hard to come by. Or Chinese. Petsmart sells all the tame species. I always seen Robos at least. I see a Chinese 7 times out of 10 times I go in there. I think they sell fast.

Re: ROBOS in Canada !?!?!?!?!?!?
Yeah, until december I'd never seen a chinese ham, and those are only sold in exotic pet stores, or by the odd breeder. And robos are an entirely different story

Re: ROBOS in Canada !?!?!?!?!?!?
Canada definitely DOES have the shortest end of the stick for hamsters & supplies.
I just cannot imagine not having a Robo now!

Re: ROBOS in Canada !?!?!?!?!?!?
Hope they are Robos and you manage to get one. It will be an experience for you because they are FAST!!! The tank you have sounds ideal though if it`s similar to the Zoozone.

The cage is about 92 cm (compared to 100 for Zoozone 2). I think it should be ok, rigth ??

Re: ROBOS in Canada !?!?!?!?!?!?
Definately! Robos may be small, but my goodness they like to run! Many people (who don`t know any better I have to say) think that because a robo is small, they need a smaller cage, when the opposite is true. They can be kept in minimal sized cages if the situation arises where they need rescuing or rehomed from a situation, but if the robo is planned, it`s better to house them appropriately right from the atart.
My boy lives in a Gabber Rex pespex tank (same as the Zoozone 1) and he loves it. So anything larger is a bonus.

Good !! Just hoping they actually are robos !!! Might have a last look for a ZooZone 2 for the extra 10cm, but they are very rare here ! I want him/her to have a blast !!

Oh that's so exciting! The pet store that I work at sells them and they are SO COOL.
Keep updating so we know what happens. I hope they turn out to be robos!

Do you know when you'd be likely to be getting photos? I'm being impatient waiting to find out/confirm the species
