Thanks everyone! I still can't believe I was so lucky to rescue these four. They're cute so cute!

I wish I had room for four wheels, but even if I did have four wheels I don't think they'd use them all as three of them, Matrim and I believe Marry and Pippin (Rand, Marry and Pippin are a bit hard to tell apart), LOVE crowding onto one wheel and running together. I think that behavior is from their time in the previous owner's care where I think they only had one wheel.

Chulasweetchica, even if they fight they will just be separated into different cages, they have forever homes here. Charlotte and Scarlett, my two girls, have been together for over a year now without any fighting. I hope I get as lucky with these guys.

How big is the cage? If you don't have room for four wheels it may be that the cage is smaller than most would advise for a group like that...
And now blood has been drawn ideally you'd follow all possible advice to keep them happy before more blood is drawn.

It's a 62.5 liter bin, I know it's not the biggest but it was the largest floor space that I found from a limited supply at a store before getting into under-the-bed or christmas tree storage bins. I am looking for a bigger bin with more floor space for them so there is nothing to worry about, this is just a temp cage (still I think it's may be bigger than what they've had). I have thought maybe switching them with Charlotte and Scarlett and their 29 gallon tank as the 29 gallon tank has more space and the girls are slowing down, not using the whole tank anymore. But I don't know, I think it might upset all six of them.

I know that the possibility that blood being drawn again, especially on Matrim the runt, may be high now. But I'm hoping that it was just the stress from the move that caused the nip to be made. I'm keeping a close eye on them all for any sign of fighting. There have been no sign of fighting, as far as I've seen/heard, yet.

Update on the boys!

They appear to have all settled in now and I'm beginning to understand their schedule (the girls don't have one, they wake up when they want and sleep when they want XP ). I handled them today (I also handled the girls as it was cleaning day for them and Charlotte is finally getting better, she'll just sit on my hand now while Scarlett still just wants nothing to do with my hands.), two of them, Pippin and Rand I believe, get the whole walk from hand to hand, one, Mary I think, would rather run around next to you, and Matrim the runt likes to run all over me. It's so nice that these guys are pretty tame and will let me handle them; I've always wanted to have a hamster that likes to be held.

I know shouldn't play favorites, but Matrim the runt has captured my heart. He or one of the others has cleaned up his ear and I can see the wound now, it's very minor and healing nicely. Everything is looking good with the boys, I think I have nothing to worry about although Rand likes to start play fights. If I catch them play fighting and I think it's gone on a bit long, I can easily put my hand between them and stop it. Which is a good sign as I know that if it was a real fight, I wouldn't be able to do that.

I put some Timothy Hay that I have in the boys' bin (the girls don't care much for the hay) and I've just seen Matrim eat some. It looked like he liked it, which makes me happy as I was afraid I'd have to throw out or find a place to donate the bag as the girls weren't enjoying it.

Thank you. They sure are happy little boys, they seem to just love life. They have great temperaments too. I couldn't ask for better Robos.

It looks like it's just fur plucked out to me. It's hard to tell and I'm nervous about touching his hurt ear.
I just think this picture is soo cool and amazing!! =~} not about the hurt ear, just by how you captured it.

Is it? I only took it to show Matrim's bloody ear, but I suppose it is a good close up.
