For the last two days my robo hamster has had some white stuff comming out of his penis and around his penis under his fur is kinda flaky white stuff....does anybody know if this is serious?...he seem healthy...he eats and drinks and is hyper as usual

It sounds as if he might have an infection there. It can happen. The flaky stuff sounds like dried discharge. Is his penis retracted or is it 'hanging out' all the time? They can get prolapse of the penis and it does need put back.
I would see the vet about this as it can cause swelling and urination difficulties. It should be treatable with antibiotics.

Agree with souffle. If his penis is pink and `out`, it probably means he is straining to pass urine and needs help FAST. Lubricating the area with a small amount of KY jelly from the pharmacy or your vet could help, bu he will probably require antibiotics if he has a suspected urinary tract infection.

Check his water bottles. Dehydration can also cause these symptoms. The white stuff coming from his penis is either infection, or a penile `plug`, which can turn brick hard and needs gently removing with your fingers if it goes very hard. Male mice get this when they age sometimes. Is your robo old or young?
