Robos started fighting, am I doing the right steps?
I just wanted to be sure that I was doing this correctly.
I have two females named Teemo and Kennen. I am currently not at home so I can only go off of what my boyfriend is describing to me.
Kennen is the larger off the two females and is currently "slap boxing" with Teemo as he describes it. They do not grab onto each other and stay attached. Kennen also seems to chasing Teemo around the cage in short spurts but not constantly. Boyfriend is very upset since I left on holiday and he is currently all alone with the hams (a very nervous Daddy lol). I advised him to keep watching them, and as long as there is no blood or injuries they are going to have little spats to establish dominance.
Other than tonight's instance of fighting they have otherwise been happy/snuggly sisters. We've had them about a week and a half.
We have 1 large sand bath. We removed all the houses with 1 opening. There is now 1 tube with 3 different openings and 1 tube with 2 openings, and a cardboard tube, We also have a spaceship house that has two openings as well. We also started scatter feeding and got rid of the bowl.
They previously had two wheels but they were different. I had a silent spinner and a flying saucer. I had him remove the silent spinner as I was afraid the different wheel might be causing territorial issues.

I'm not An expert on Robos but I know they are so cute. Maybe try a new cage for one n the other stays in the other cage, I know it sucks to seperate them but maybe you might have too they can be neighbors I got two WW Russian girls sisters and after two nights of no sleep cause one was dominating the other I went n got a new cage n separated them lol they were keeping me up too much but now they are happier n neighbors. Good luck hope all works out. Robos are just too cute thou I have one his lil face is adorable .

Re: Robos started fighting, am I doing the right steps?
You've done well so far, but at this point I think I'd suggest removing everything. Just put them down to a completely empty cage and a big heap of bedding. Anything can cause them to be territorial so removing it all at first is probably safest.
I'd give them a week or so with the completely empty cage, then if they're getting along well you can start to add things back slowly. One item at a time, wait 3-4 days and if they're still getting along well you can add another item. If they start to fall out again at all, take the newest item out asap and wait a few days before adding anything else.
It might take a while but its the safest way to find out what (if anything) is causing the trouble.
I also trust their cage is ok? For a pair you want 70cm by 40cm (minimum) and no shelves/levels e.t.c.

I agree with what kyrilliondaemon has suggested.
I'd just add - Do you have a spare cage ready in case you decide you need to separate them? It's always best to be prepared in case they need to live on their own.

He woke up and has been checking on them and he reports there were no injuries to report and have been sleeping and snuggling together since. Should i still advise him to remove everything? The cage is a large bin cage. 76cm x 50cm (yay for google conversions! Lol!). It does not any levels. I read those were a major no-no. I have an extra bin the same size just in case. I purchased two extra prior to getting the robos because Ive read that they dont always work out together. I was attempting to be prepared at least.

If they're getting along ok now then you can leave it... If he hears more squeaks I'd take it all out though.
And the bin sounds fantastic for them
