Default No more fighting :D

Well you may remember me saying that Minni had scabs on the bottom of her back, from Belle? Well i moved them from their Rody into a creepy castle, the OH idea!, They have both the main part and the two cylinder parts attached on one level. Minni now has no scabs and her hair is nearly fully grown back to what it was!!! Only problem is i cant tell the difference between the two now

I was sooo close to splitting them up aswel. The OH keeps looking really smug with himself

That's good news, Emily - and interesting because usually people are advised not to keep dwarf hams in modular cages as it can encourage fighting, with one hamster "colonising" part of the age and not letting the other one in.

I think robos might be unusual amongst dwarf hamsters in that I have heard of pairs who've fought before actually learning to live together again - I think Snuggleham re-introduced her two after having separated them and Daffee (I think) had problems with a fighting duo that have now resolved their issues!

That is interesting..... my sister has a pair that live (very happily!) in a modular cage too. They also have one wheel between them and she doesn't sprinkle feed as they were already one year old when she got them so she has just continued the routine they were used to. They don't fight at all. :P

I have heard of unrelated adults being introduced to each other, so maybe they are 'different' to other dwarfies in that respect.....

My girls have a bowl of food, i know everyone says that it should be sprinkled but they dont seem to mind sharing. They are starting to take food off me lately which is the most rewarding thing ever! I still have the Rody sat next to the cage just incase but i doubt i will need it now, Dale keeps looking at it and wondering who is in it, bless
