I've been meaning to ask....how ON EARTH do you tell them apart?! :P

Hehe I often ask myself that Well there are slight differences in some, Cookie has always had a baby face and looks more like a mouse to me and of course now she is very different from the others as she has no fat on her, Truffle is massive compared to the others not quite as big as Trevor but still huge! Kiku also has a baby face but she is baby in size too! She was the runt of the litter so will always be adorably small And then Jení is chunky but small and always has a face full of food

Those videos were taken last night She is still very lively thats why I decided not to have her PTS despite the lump having bled a few times now and my vet advising that it might be best. I can see she isnt ready yet. However, she doesnt get up much anymore thats why I have to put her into that cage a couple of times a week just to make sure she does get some exercise and time away from the others.

She'll let you know when she's ready, if it comes to that. She really does seem very much full of live still and a happy little lady. I'm really hoping the lump stays the size it is, and there is no infection so she can be with you a good while yet xx

The lump has become a very odd topic in my household now as it has gone from black/blue to skin colour. It isnt leathery anymore but soft as though there is hair on it and the oddest of all it looks like it has a long line of stitches through the middle of it So far I havent spoted any of the other girls in surgery masks but Im keeping a close eye out just in case

Now not technically an update photo but this is a really cute photo I found of Cookie and Truffle sleeping together when they were 4 months old. Cookie is the one at the back

I would like to put a Warning before this particular post as I dont know if some people may find the following video upsetting.

I filmed Cookie's health check the other day so I could look back on it. I have to scruff her now as she feels too fragile to hold in my hands and it was the only way to get a proper look at her. You can see in the begining of the video her lump which still has "surgery" marks on it where it bleeds every now and then. I also recorded her using the leg to clean and that part may be upsetting because you can see just how thin she is and its like she has a very very lose layer of fur over her bones
I also put Jení in with her at the end - Jení only weighs 20g and is a small ham so you can see just how tiny Cookie has become -

Poor little baby, looks like she's developing the skinny appearance and thin fur that Munchkin had.

They always seem happy enough to zoom about though. Which is good, Munchkin was sprinting away on his wheel, even in his final hours.
