Thanks everyone! I still haven’t seen much of them since I put them in their cage and they settled down. I seriously can’t get over how small Cupcake is! She is so tiny and fragile, I’m afraid if I don’t do everything right something will happen! She’s just so tiny ! heh
I checked on them while they were in the igloo. Even with tissues in there they didn’t look to warm in there. Both were in a tiny ball and looked a bit shivery. I decided it made more sense to give them a smaller nest thing to sleep in. I figure the smaller the area the better their body heat will keep them warm. So I found a smaller wooden house to use and they seem much cozier now I just want to make sure they are completely comfortable!

Well ever since they went in their new nest after arriving yesterday I haven’t seen them come out! The most I've seen is their cute little faces look out the door. They seem pretty bent on staying warm and snuggly in there lol. They were probably up last night playing while I was asleep I’m sure you all know how it is.. New pets are always exciting, you just want to sit there and watch em for hours. I hope I get to see them play today.

They are adorable Snuggleham! I love the photo of them both sitting in the yellow dish!
I`ve just had to split up my two males as the smallest one was being bitten on the rear end. They are now both in Savic Rody tanks and are doing well. You never think you will have to seperate them, but it`s better for them if fighting is escalating. I was planning a larger cage for them but I could`nt get one quick enough and I feel the cramped space in these smaller tanks did`nt help the situation. At least they won`t hurt one another now. I call mine Tiny & Tubs! Tiny was the one being bullied, so he gets lots of TLC now!
Enjoy your new girls. x

Thanks racinghamster
The new dwarf Roborovskis hamsters are getting on well. Ive been trying to keep a close eye on them, but unlike Pichu my who is up on and off in the day, these babies sleep all day and only come out at night.
To my relief though, I actually saw the smaller one Cupcake drink out of the water dish the night before. I was most worried about making sure they were keeping hydrated, but it seems they know where their water is. Im going to try and get more pictures in time as they come out to play. They are so adorable!

I finally managed to get another picture! Because both sleep all day and only come out at night just as /I'm/ getting into bed, I don't have many opportunities to take pictures of them. But last night they were up just a bit early and I managed to get this picture.
I don't know if any of you can see a difference, but to me they are starting to look bigger, more rounder perhaps. It even took me a moment to figure out which one was Cupcake the runt. I think shes catching up in size a bit.
So adorable!
