Default New to the board

Hey everyone, I'm new here, so I thought I would post a few pictures of my dwarf hamster named Hamwich.

Welcome to Hamster Central Kait

Hamwich is lovely, very striking markings. Top name too! Does he live on his own or does he have a friend?

Thank you

Hamwich lives on her own in her Habitrail cage. I almost bought one of her sisters when I purchased Hamwich, but decided against it as I've heard too many horror stories of dwarfs not getting along, and I thought one would be enough to take care of for my first dwarf. (I've owned two regular hamsters before Hamwich). She is spoiled rotten though, she has a nice cage and I'm always picking her up treats and toys, and take her outside of her cage to play 3 or 4 times during the day, as it's her favourite thing. It took me 3 months to tame her (she was a little devil!) but now she's a sweet little angel.

so glad she settled down eventually - well done to you for persevering. She sounds like a very lucky spoiled, little girl indeed. Welcome Hamwich and Kait. Please remember to post a little about yourself the the Introductions Section.
