Re: Cinnamon Bear
Today I donated Cinnamon's cage to the SPCA & turned Koala's cage into a bin cage for hamster supplies. While at the SPCA I found they have 3 rescues up for adption. But I'm not going to the store even though I saw pictures. Really cute but not for awhile.

Re: Cinnamon Bear
You really are brave CB, so sorry to hear about Cinnamon Bear. You made a decision which is so hard but, you did the right thing. You did everything to help him get better, I so felt your love and care for him, just like your other hams.
Having to make the pts decision for Cinnamon & Koala at the same time is heartbreaking but please remember they're both at peace and pain free and most importantly they're together.
Thinking of you and sending you hugs CB xxx

Re: Cinnamon Bear
Thank you both, it was terrible to have to bring them in together. I feel peace about it, like I made the right decision . Cinnamon's body was changing shape & he would drink for 10 min at a time, several times a day. He was getting worse every day. Life was unfair to my Bears, will never be forgotten
I have a photo album of pictures of all my hamsters, so alot of memories.

Re: Cinnamon Bear
I'm really sad about the Bears, it's starting to sink in now that they are gone. They were both such kind animals

Re: Cinnamon Bear
Bless you CB, they really were wonderful hams, when it happens you're in a daze and then the reality hits you a couple of days later. Big Hugs xx

They were my precious babies, they both brought happiness into my life. And it continues to be very sad, I can't believe they are gone, I had them 9 mo and they deserved a full life. I am not getting anymore Russian dwarves even though they are my favorite species. Cinnamon and Koala were perfect pets to me. He never bit me, he would like to sit in my hand. He loved his Silent Runner wheel.

Thanks FF they were very much loved! And will never be forgotten. I have a photo album of all their pics, it's too sad to look at them right now though Have to concentrate on taking care of the four I have now as just never know. One thing about hamsters is that they don't live long enough
