Ozzie - pictures and a problem!
I've got some pretty adorable photos of my little Oswald, and since Frankie passed on I didn't want to post them in my old thread :-/ But here they are! For a while he liked to sleep perched on top of his tube pressed up against the bars, which was both amazingly cute and breaking the laws of physics.
Also, any advice would be appreciated on this:
The last week or so, Ozzie has started to nibble me. Not in a nasty way or all the time, but just more than he has before, seemingly whenever I interact with him. A few days ago I did see that his belly was a little matted and there seemed to be a teensy bit of blood, but overnight he had cleaned himself up and after looking closely there doesn't seem to be anything there to have caused the blood! I think it was probably around this time that he started nibbling and has carried on. He seems perfectly fine in himself and nothing else has changed in our interactions. I'm confused :-S

Also, I had to give him a hand eating earlier. He was being a little silly and kept pushing the chew too far and falling over...

You win the odd sleeping position competition.
Sorry I don't have any suggestion about the nibbling really. How old is he?

What a cutie! He is so fluffy!
I love every pic of him! His name is lovely too! How come I haven't seen him before when you have a thread and everything?
About the nibbling I would like to ask how old he is, how long have you had him and how much does he weigh and does he seem to be itching and/or grooming a lot?

He's so fluffy beautiful! As for the nibbling? Did it start before or after Frankie died? After Archie died, Twinkle became very clingy, I was crying lots and Archie's death did affect her and we had lots of chats and cuddles.

Aww what a cute & funny guy he is, totally gorgeous!
I'm not sure about the nibbling either tbh, any changes in his routine or anything else going on that could have had an effect on his behavour?
As long as he seems fine otherwise I wouldn't worry too much, try to discourage it when you can & he may well just get over it again.

Oh how cute is he!
Nibble sometimes nibbles if he wants to be put down or go back to his cage.

I did post some stuff on my old thread 'Oswald and Franklin', but not loads really.
He's 15months old, and everything else seems normal. I picked him up a slightly different way today and he didn't nibble me at all. Maybe he was just uncomfortable with how he was being picked up? I sort of have to pick him up with one hand because of how his cage is arranged, but today I took off the top storey and very carefully scooped him, and he was fine.
