I'm excited someone nearby will be breeding. I don't want to get hamsters from petstores ever again.
I will definitely still be breeding in the next year, though not providing any breeder stock for quite awhile. I'm working on the overall health of these lines. I would be more than happy to offer pet hammies though They are SUPER sweet. I have done quite a lot recently (hence the brief disappearance from the forum). I worked on my website a bit so you can definitely keep track of what's going on as far as the litters go.

Thanks Biscotti! I love Adrien's eyes, too! I was told that not many people like red eyed rodents and almost always choose black eyes over red eyes I don't see how anyone could NOT love my sweet Adrien!

SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meet Aerith!!! A beautiful mottled chocolate little girl! She is the daughter of Falken (Mottled Black) and Isis (Black Eyed Argente). She is the first chocolate in the line. She is what Kaanli Hamstery was striving very hard to produce, and it certainly wouldn't have been possible without Kaanli's continued guidence. Hopefully there will be more to follow!

Isis is now a happy and retired lady who will live out the rest of her days with one of her daughters, two of her pups will be available for adoption together, and hopefully more chocolates will be produced in the future! I hope to get some stock from AAA Hamstery and Holmden Hill Haven within the year to outcross to in the future. I'm also hoping to import some Campbell's in the next 2-3 years from breeders outside of the US!

I am trying very hard not to dash out my door to go and get hammy babies. It's snowing outside and a blizzard is on the way. Besides, I'm not really ready to bring new hammy's home. I plan to adopt at least 3 in the Spring. But this thread and some of the others are killing me with cute! The photos are just marvelous! Beautiful, beautiful hammies.
