And here is Mozart, who displays extremely minimal mottling. He has a tiny spot on his face, a tiny spot on each side, and a cluster of spots on his belly near his manhood. The white on his chest is normal for a self, but seems like it might be excessive enough to indicate mottling.

So No idea what he is? Both Koda and Kodi have the same pattern But I dont even know what Color Koda is though he may be dove the light outside is nice so let me put him in another cage and take him out.

OK here are what I got today this is the cage cleaning cage not his cage. his cage is just too big to be carrying outside lol and I didnt wake him he was already awake.

I'm leaning towards lilac. His mottling is clear and as platinum tends to mask mottling, I think it's safe to say he's a red eyed lilac mottled who is starting to silver.

He doesnt look like he is silvering to me ... But Yay I finally know his color

The reason I say silvering is because his sides look darker than his back, but it could just be the light
Lilac and dove both have two copies of the black gene. It's not known with 100% certainty whether or not the silvering was directly linked to black or just tended to piggy back black. But there's a good chance that he will one day start to silver if he's not already.
Both of my chocolate mottleds (black-eyed doves) are silvering already, while my self chocolate is keeping his color nicely so far

Its the shadowing his color is the same all around

Kodi is starting to silver a bit but at 11 months thats expected.
