Homemade Hammock

i decided to make a hammock for smudge here's the steps...... (sorry about the massive pictures!)

You Will Need
Material
Scissors
String
3 Safety Pins

First cut a triangle out of your material as big as you want


Now make a hole in each corner


Then cut three pieces of string the same length (as long as you want)

tie a length of string in each hole

on the other end of the string tie on the safety clips

it should look like this


Now clip the saftey pins on to your cage where ever you want like this...

hes just gone on it it wobbled and then he jumped and ran off

Just be careful that he doesnt strat nibbling the fabric, this can get stuck in their digestive systems and cause blockages.

Ive made several hammocks - but they all fail. haha,

I agree with Hope. Personally, I wouldn't use anything fluffy in a hamster's cage.
