Re: Homemade Hammock
You must be very careful with this fluffy fabric as if eaten it can be very dangerous and block up the bowel. Personally I wouldn't leave this in the cage and just use for closely supervised play.

Re: Homemade Hammock
If I get some string, I might have a go with some kitchen roll. Replaceable weekly paper hammocks, that are ok for chewing (until he totally wrecks em)! I still haven't had time to cook my sushi rice to make his super treat ball.

Re: Homemade Hammock
Quick effort with a bit of ribbon (so I can see easy if he chews it) and two sheets of kitchen roll folded in a triangle. Thanks for the inspiration! x
Seems to appreciate it

He was only on it for five minutes, he went back to bed, where he still is now, at 1:30am. Bah! I chopped him a bit of strawberry up for before I go to bed and everything!
I have exams, but after that, I am sure Chewy will get loads of shoddy home made treats!

I love that kitchen roll hammock, I need to try making one for Nibbles but I think she'd wreck it in not time, she gets kitchen roll for her bed
