Default Making a bin cage :)

Hi

I am new to this forum but not new to keeping hammies

I am making a bin cage for my next hamster. I am looking for any advice that people can give me in undertaking this task - I have a 133 Litre box to start off with - its just over a meter long and just under half meter wide and about half meter tall - I also have a second box which we used as a secondary box for our previous hammie that is 40 Liter box.

I want to add mesh onto my bin cage as well as tubes and a couple of doors just wondering about best tools to get (i have some already from having looked online for things regarding bin cages)

Any advice would be appreciated our last hammie had two cages attached via tubes and it was a fairly good set up. but I wanted to go the bin cage route for any future hammies as we can add onto it and customise it as we want it and its cheaper than buying a cage of similar sizes

Thanks in advance
