Re: Mesh
You can find mesh on home depot. If you can't find a home depot near your location you should look for other diy stores.
On my country you can find mesh on BricoKing, Leroy Merlin, Brico Depot, Aki... but it's probably that they don't have franchises on the USA.

Re: Mesh
Home Depot is the best place to look in the US.Lowes might also carry it,along with other hardware stores, but Home Depot is definitely the first place that comes to mind!

Re: Mesh
I've never seen it at Michaels, though they do have a lot of other very useful hamster crafting supplies!

Re: Mesh
I think it's often referred to as hardwire cloth in the USA

Re: Mesh
I had hardware stores make my 3 lids about $16.00 / lid
They won't do that anymore for me as they say it isn't cost effective
Oh well at least I got 3, that's good enough

Re: Mesh
It really isn't cost effective for you or a store unfortunately You're pretty much buying a whole roll of hardware cloth if you pay that rate, which would certainly do far more than 3 bin lids.Add an extra $13 and you've got the tool to make the bins with as well, and a few dollars more than that for zip ties. For the price of three bins that way you can make ten times more

Re: Mesh
I got mine from a B&Q (it's a DIY/hardware store in the UK). Make sure to get it from the actual shop as I looked online first, and most didn't specify the square sizes (ideally 1cm or less).
