Hey I'm sorry it took me so long to get back, I had quite a few shifts at work. Here are some pictures of what I made for her.

I used two different width types of popsicle sticks, boards, and thread holders that I got from Jo-Anns. Using a glue gun with non toxic glue I pieced them together after taking measurements and drawing up a theme.

She has had it for two weeks and chewed on it just a little at first but then got bored of chewing. Instead she loves to crawl up and sit on the decks, or hide in the tubes for fun. Her favorite place however is sitting underneath the boards where it is dark and she can dig.

That is a really nice setup you got there. I wish I had enough room to do that. I just want a simple second story because I think she misses her old home's second story. I was just wondering, how did you make the feet so it didn't fall down? That is the part I was having trouble with. Also another question. Can I just take some popsicle sticks and glue them together and make a platform out of them and then just add some feet? See the one pic that you took from the top? And the little popsicle bridges that allows her to get to the other platform? That is what I was thinking of doing. Kind of like that. just use wider popsicle sticks. I have made something like that before but that was with school glue, before I got the glugun, so I used it on the floor of the cage and just attach more popsicle sticks for her to climb on. I don't need anything fancey. Just something for her to climb on and stuff like that.

So I went to Jo-Anns and they sell wooden pieces in packs of twelve that look like wooden thread spools. I cut Popsicle sticks so that they had flat bottoms and then glued them to the spools. That way they would have a solid footing. Alternatively you could also just glue some of those on top of each other for a very secure footing.

Okay. Thanks, SammiHammy! I will try it and will post a pic of the finished result! Can't wait to see it! Actually, it will have to wait until Christmas because the holidays are really busy and I don't really have the time for myself even! The only time I have is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not to mention my schooling too! Hopefully, I will get a little relaxing time on my Christmas Break. I really don't think it would have worked out as a hanging platform anyway! Would have probably fell down with her on it!

BTW, how does the Silent Spinner work for you? I was thinking about getting one (here in town so I can test it) for her but heard they are really hard to spin and sometimes not silent at all.

The silent spinner may be a little hard to spin at first, but putting some vegetable oil on the peg helps it move better. Although I haven't needed it. Hers isn't completely silent, but it is so quiet that I don't really notice it unless I'm listening for it.

Nice. So If you just keep adding veggie oil it will get easier to spin?

Yes, mine makes a little bit of sound now, but the oil will keep it silent for about a two weeks. I don't really mind having to reapply it anyway.

Okay thanks. Will ask other people about they're experience with them and if it's good I'll give it a go!
