Re: Project IKEA - Platform/Level
Ahh! I know this is a bit 'old' but it's wonderful. I'll need to try this!

Re: Project IKEA - Platform/Level
Would this be suitable for a syrian, or way too small?

I'm currently making one for my syrian and let her have a test run using it, she could fit under but I think it's probably worth adding legs to it so they have some more height

Re: Project IKEA - Platform/Level
I am trying to do a very similar DIY level, but it has been drying for 5 hours already and the glue is still white and didn't dry at all, I am wondering if any of you know how long it really takes for the glue to dry? I used non-toxic white glue (for wood).

Re: Project IKEA - Platform/Level
Amazing!!! Inspired to crack on with some DIY myself!
I'm new to hamsters - do you have to use special pet friendly glue in case they chew the wood?
Thanks

Re: Project IKEA - Platform/Level
I've just made one similar to this for Baggage to go in her new detolf. She's made her nest under it and seems really happy in it. Thanks so much for the idea.
