This is soooo cool! I'm jealous! I live in a micro-flat (Maggie's habitat is almost bigger than mine) but I'm tucking this idea away for later. I love to garden. May I ask what you use for tubing? I'm frustrated with the proprietary and imagineless store-bought options I have.

cool! I have been growing some wheat grass/cat grass for my hamster and he loves it! I am hoping to grow some more stuff for him as it gets warmer

It looks wonderful and the hammies must be delighted. I have two questions though. Can a hammy dig itself out? What about the hammies getting fleas?

I grow hammy seeds (I get mine from the shelled warrior) in a tub but yours is a fantastic idea.. They can scoff til their hearts content..
