Default Homemade travel box

I made my first homemade travel box tonight. It's nothing special but I needed something for Bella's vet visit on Monday and I didn't want to spend £12 on one from P@H!

It's a storage tub from ASDA. It's a nice size for short journeys, but for longer trips I would use a larger box.

It cost £1.75. I already had the mesh and zip ties so they didn't cost anything. All I done was cut a large hole in the lid with sissors and made holes for the zip ties to go through to secure the mesh. The only downside is that it doesn't have a handle.

Here's some pics...

And Bella and Mylo modelling...

Quick, cheap and easy. Not bad for just under £2

Great idea, and well made.
Hope you don't mind if we copy it and make one for Treacle

thats really cool and what if you put holes in either side and got a leather strap and put a bolt through to hold it on for a handle?
