Cage connectors?

Do you need two, one on each side of the cage? Or just one?

Just one. It goes through the gap in the bars so only one is needed.
I'm like 99% sure that you just need one anyway.

Had lots of experience with these and you only need one, it just clips onto the bars although for extra security mine are cable tied on too.

Another stupid question I have thought of, does it go on the inside or the outside of the cage? I'm thinking inside, is that right?
