Re: Meshing zoozone2 lid
From what I've seen, you can't buy precut stuff, it usually only comes in 5/6 meter rolls, so as long as the width is at least the width of the cage, you'll know it fits.

Re: Meshing zoozone2 lid
is it easily bendable? On my zoozone, I had to bend a bit at the front because the lid bendsa.

Try and get a 6mm or 10mm mesh panel from a DIY store. 6mm is easier because the wire gauge is thinner: I used this from Wickes, which can be cut down with a decent pair of scissors. Well, they were a decent pair of scissors before I started ...
There are Wickes stores in Dumfries/Dundee/Glasgow/Inverness/Perth/Stirling.
If none of those are convenient I'm sure your local friendly independent hardware shop could source you something very similar.

Re: Meshing zoozone2 lid
Would anyone be able to provide close up images of a meshed lid? From the inside and the outside?
My brain is having trouble working it out.
Cheers,
Kit

Re: Meshing zoozone2 lid
I would do what Lougarry done and just cut the mesh to exactly the same size as the Zoozone grill (lie the grill on top of the mesh on the floor and snip around the mesh using hand-held wire cutters). Then use small cable-ties to attach at each corner and then more cable ties to all the edges. The mesh shouldn`t need to be bent around the ends or taped. If the mesh is cut to exactly the same dimentions as the grill, it should just be a case of clipping it back on once done.
I would mesh on the outside though rather than the inside. Just my own preference really.
