6. Do you think an exercise/ exercise area should have space for food or treats?
A. Yes

7. Would you buy a hamster cage made entirely from wood and acrylic (plastic)?
A. Yes

8. Would you consider buying a hamster cage which would benefit your pet, by being a cage which is less open and more like its natural habitat?

(no option for less than a year? :S)

I just let him free range, he just tries to escape from playpens etc

I was totally taken a back by the amount of people who had taken the time to fill out my questionnaire, your help is appreciated greatly!

A, I built one myself out of cardboard boxes. I also use balls most of the time.

B, It sounds like it would be hard to clean properly.

A, but it has to have adequate ventilation, enough open space for toys and a wheel, be easy to clean and be escape proof.

Here's mine:

A. Less than 6 months (although I'm not a new owner, I used to have hamsters some years ago, if that's relevant lol).

4. What sort of cage does your hamster live in?
E. Other - the Mini Duna is mostly plastic but has a wire top.

5. Would you like to have some sort of exercise/play cage which your hamster can use when its main home is being cleaned or just for play?
A. Yes

6. Do you think an exercise/ exercise area should have space for food or treats?
A. Yes

7. Would you buy a hamster cage made entirely from wood and acrylic (plastic)?
A. Yes, as long as the wood and plastic was very thick, so hammie couldn't chew out of it.

A. Yes
