Thanks Coco, what a shame your husband had the op just when he'd got his new camera, hope he's fully recovered & able to enjoy it soon.

I'm impressed with the quality too Serendipity, it depends on the lens as much as the camera but the camera has been really great. I think I still have my old slr tucked away in a cupboard somewhere, I've been quite frustrated with digital up until now, finally feels as though I have the best of both worlds
