Hamster in a cup
So for 2016, I challenged myself to do artsy craftsy projects every week and for my first artwork, I crocheted P2!
(I don't like how the eyes turned out. It looks like he's ready to commit crime any time. Lol)

Re: Hamster in a cup
Well I can crochet (not that I have for a long time!) but I think that just makes me appreciate it all the more, looks really good, such a great idea

That looks great! So cute... I would love to be able to do something like that! I did get a sewing kit for Christmas so maybe that is a start? Hehe

Re: Hamster in a cup
He's lovely! I've done a little bit of crochet but only ever made a couple of toys. I do some needle felting & I find for the eyes I either need to use to beads or to add a little white dot to each eye to make them look a bit less flat. If you're unhappy with how they've turned out, I'd sew a little stitch of white to the same spot of each eye. But he super cute in his cup. Well done!

Awww that is really brilliant. Love it!
Like Velma's idea of adding a bit of white to each eye.
