Smoooothies :)
Heyoo
I have an obsession to smoothies, and I was wondering if you guys know any recipes that caught yur eye or are your favorite? I make quite a few with homeade recipes, but it would be nice to try something new
I made this one yesterday, and couldnt resist taking a photo I got the magic bullet for my birthday too

Mmm... I love smoothies! They look so good. But I don't have my own recipe. Usually I just buy them from a McDonalds or fast food. xD

Re: Smoooothies :)
That looks really good.. whenever I make a smoothie they end up tasting horrific and..lumpy.
How do you make them turn out nice? D:
Looks like my raspberry sorbet :3 (Like ice cream but with water instead of cream, I have a feeling it might be called something else in the US)

Re: Smoooothies :)
I just have heard like.. I think I heard it called sherbert, and then I got all confused, so thought to bridge that atlantic gap I'd just explain it.
I now know though

Re: Smoooothies :)
I love smoothies!
What I do is I get some frozen fruit from Trader Joe's (like pineapple and peach slices). Add a tablespoon of ice cream, some frozen fruit, milk (like almond milk), banana, and a bit of ice. I also add this vanilla flavored protein powder for smoothies that OH got--adds a very tasty flavor. My favorite is pineapple-banana-vanilla.

I use frozen fruit too- i like them thick so when i trun it upside down, it doesnt drip LOL.. you can subsitute the ice (it wont be watery) and in stead of ice cream, use Vanilla frozen yogurt! Its really healthy. If you add flax powder (its tastless and you DONT notice it-coming from a 14 year old ) it makes it all the better
I LOVE SMOOTHIES!
