Chinese genetics
As Chinese Hamsters are apparently not hamsters (if that makes sense) , does anyone have any links to where I can read more into this? If I was still at uni I would have searched scientific papers through the uni system, but i'm not anymore.

They are in the same family hamsters, they're just not true dwarfs as they are a different genus. There's bound to be some zoology websites that would have more details. There aren't many papers on Chinese, probably because they were discovered so long ago.
