Eek! I squealed with delight at the pics, especially the last 2 - Aww! She's really getting stuck in.
I've still to try Harvey with Sprouts, I'm surprised I haven't given him them yet as I so love sprouts, especially the baby ones.

Zen has yet another new toy

I couldn't resist this little forage pot that fixes to the bars of the cage, it's meant for birds but that would be such a waste lol! It's just so perfect for her

She was really nervous of it to begin with & flattened herself down to slowly approach it but then curiosity won the day & she was quick to jump in & have a look, then she had to climb the bars, sit on top & see if she could get in that way, not going to work but worth a try

I put some substrate in with a bit of her food & a few extra seeds & by morning she'd had the lot out, substrate & all!

She's had Zephyr's old oil burner for a while now & loves that too, yet another place to hide some of her food away, not that it takes her long to find it!

That's a lovely pot - looks a bit like a salt pig but smaller

It is a lovely pot, what I really like is that it bolts to the bars so can't get knocked over the way most things do with her burrowing & building mountains!
I wish I'd got Zeki one now, I did think it might be a bit small for him but maybe I'll get him one for Christmas!

She is oozing confidence Lizzy! I've had to put the play pen on the floor in front of her cage now, I only have to turn my head to get a seed or something & she's perched on the open door frame half out of the cage! I don't think she's jump out but she's full of surprises so I'm being very careful!

I got mine from Northern parrots, there is one other parrot site that sells it but the price & postage is the same, it's not cheap though.
They have a few nice things that are suitable for hams if you have a browse, I've already found more I want lol! Definitely have to wait till Christmas now... if I can restrain myself
