All I managed was 10% off a temp cage. They did email me today to tell me how serious they found the situation and that all staff in that store would get new training and disciplined.

Like I'd believe that. Staff probably got a bonus for closing the sale.
I believe pet shops rely hugely on impulse buys and that is part of the reason they sell the cheap cages-- to sell a proper cage and accessories would dampen impulse something fierce!

I know, I emailed them saying she needed an attitude check to have no response, that was probably a week ago and surprise NO RESPONSE.
