Default Chinese and Robo

I am lucky enough to have a pet store in town that does an outstanding job with their small rodent department as far as hand-raising, daily care, and play. Six of my pets from there have all been sweet as can be. Playful, gentle, and sweet.

Lately, I've really been taken with their Chinese hamsters, but also their robos. Oh, how I wish I could keep two together as companions! (Silly, I know.) But I'm curious, has there ever been a case in which a Chinese and a robo lived together harmoniously? I know the obvious hamster is 'no', but I'm still curious.

Default Re: Chinese and Robo

I`ve never heard of any myself but I`m sure there will be some far flung internet story out there of someone keeping both together and miraculously they didn`t kill one another! But no, it`s not something anyone should contemplate ever....unless of course they have no brain!

The consequences don`t bare thinking about. It would be like someone doing it just for some twisted logic. That`s my view anyway.

Chinese should always be solitary anyway and robos....well it depends on the hamsters really and how they are kept. But I never keep duo`s or groups because the incidents of separation are so high.
