Default mini duna fun for chinese

would this cage be ok, the bar spacing is same as the mini duna, just want to make sure the bars are close enough together.

If the bars are the same size as on the top of a mini duna then bar space is approx 6mm.
Ive just put my Noodle in a zz2 and so far she is loving it.
Someone on here was going to put a chinese in a 3 level fantasy cage.

I have noticed that she prefers to either run thru or over things.

The Ferplast mini duna would be the minimum size for a single hamster but it would do the job as long as you had a silent spinner in there for plenty of good excersize and deep substrate. The duna only has one internal shelf.

The Zoozone 1 would be a better size as it would hold far more accessories and tunnels, but the Duna is okay. You can always go for an upgrade if the hamster is more active and appears outgoing. A really shy or timid Chinese might just prefer the duna.

I have a Chinese in an Alaska, which I think has similar bar spacing. I've never had a problem with her escaping, so I think the spacing would be fine.
