A Little Bear
This little lady moved from Wales a few weeks ago and has made herself at home pretty quickly:
Siwan (pronounced Sho-an) came to live at the Vectis madhouse as her mum is moving to Australia and Siwan decided she'd rather live in soggy Southampton. The little princess was escorted down by her mum, and a young child mistook her for a bear on the train (well, she is good at scowling, even if she hasn't got the hang of growling yet...). Siwan isn't a girl that travels light!
Little Bear Siwan is good for snuggling during the scary bits of Doctor Who:
And she's confident in checking out what's going on
"My mum has a better camera than this one, by the way..."

Re: A Little Bear
She's a beautiful Chinese. They are adorable. Even my rodent-phobic colleague said Chi was cute when he was in the office with me.

Re: A Little Bear
aww how cute. The child needs a few books on animals though if she thought a bear would fit in a carrier! LOL.
Glad she is settling in well back at Vectis

Re: A Little Bear
She's a cutie Vectis! Would love a dom spot chinese girly but P@H never seem to have any in . Love her name, Siwan is the welsh name for Joan, and as well as the way you've pronounced it, it can also be pronounced like this: say stew but leave the 't' out and add an to the end. You can also change the 't' sound to a 'h' as in 'shew' .

Re: A Little Bear
Who knew my Welsh would improve so much by having a Welsh bochdew! Siwan wasn't originally a Vectis hamster, but did come from another breeder rather than P@H. She's a 'lady of mature years' which is why she's not the chunkiest of Chineseys. She eats out of a Harrods hamster food bowl and moved in with a supply of pink carefresh. Spoiled much?!
