Oh wow you got one! She`s a little beauty! Congratulations for choosing a chinese again. They are my favourites!
Did you buy her or was she from rescue/adoption?

I will be getting lots of pics when she stays still! i had to bribe her with mealworms for those!
loco: you cant nibble on her but you can come see her whenever you like!! may i be tempting you back to the chinese?
rachinghamster: thank you!! she was one i paid for, not from the rescue, I had 4 in the past, they are such a gentle breed, she is not what you call shy atm, she may be a confident chinese i love their little ways, how quite and friendly they are!

Re: meet the lil miss!
Loco, that just shows you are a caring, sensitive individual and we can all identify with those sentiments. I can totally understand why anyone would get very close to a chinese hamster because their personalities are bigger than their bodysize!
I had to move Prinny up to a Gabber Rex after she was living in a Savic Rody to settle in first. Previous to coming to live with me, she lived in a Rotastak pod and goodnes knows what else, but she is in chinese heaven now and I adore her.

Re: meet the lil miss!
racinghamster what size is a bagger rex? my girl is in a zz1, with 3 hole tunnels 2 half cork tunnels, a piece bog wood, sandpit, I will give her the wheel later (15cm karlie) dose that sound ok?
I agree, they have big personality's and are easily attachable, Loco can come visit as she is near me and see if she is up to chinese again

Re: meet the lil miss!
Just measured my gabber Rex and it`s 42cm wide by 66cm long (I know they are advertised as being 72cm long but I`ve measured from the lowest level on mine). I think the Zoozone 1 is very similar? It`s certainly better than a Savic Rody or a Ferplast Duna, because once all the tunnels and extras are in there, you find that this is needed!
I used the plastic insert (that runs along the back of the Gabber) to make my water bottle holder. I just used the existing hole in the top of the insert and modified it (I took the plastic insert from my Savic Rody), cut it shorter and placed it on top of the insert inside the gabber and then melted a few holes to place some screws in to hold both pieces together. Now all I have to do is pop the 75ml water bottle down through the hole and it`s held in place. It`s much easier for Prinny to use and reach, so well worth having a go.
Oh and do remember the cardboard egg box with one turret snipped off and a door cut in either end. The best ty around!
