haha, I ordered from there originally too, rang up as they said they were out of stock too and got told the SAME THING. I had a 10 quid voucher for Amazon so bought it off there. Cost me more, but meh !

EDIT: You can sort of see it in this pic (this is the Hamster Heaven , no difference except an extra shelf)

Yeah The Sky doesn't have the pink shelf or penthouse (from what I can see at least) but does include the Sputnik which the HH doesn't have in it. Here are the two photographs of them from the Savic website -
