I accidentally disturbed my hamster's nest!

This morning, I saw blood on my hamster's cage. I tried searching for my hamster as I thought that she was hurt or bleeding because of a wound. After searching for a while, I found her under a pile of bedding and to my surprise, there were multiple pups! I immediately put back the bedding and closed the cage. I am so nervous after that she would cannibalize her pups. What should I do?

It’s done now & you weren’t to know, if it was really quick she may well be fine, just keep her really quiet & undisturbed, give her lots of food & put extra nesting material in, lots of shredded toilet tissue, if you think she may need it but otherwise leave her & the cage alone as much as possible.

What Cypher says and if you want to find out if she ate the pups or not. Just be very quiet in the room and start listening to squeaks.
