Re: The Ketzinicos
I think Vincent is unique and amazing. Have you ever had one that tiny before?

Re: The Ketzinicos
Thanks for these lovely pictures. I see the pups are a lighter colour than mum. Are they a different colour to her, or will they get brighter as they get older?

Re: The Ketzinicos
We have never had a pup survive who was that small. He is still a very fragile little being so we just need to wait and see how he does and give him the best chance we can really.
Sushi - yes they should get darker as they get older. They are however a mixture of coat types. Mama is a long haired syrian so she looks darker. Some of the pups are short haried and the baby coat is also more woolly and lighter. There are also 3 with (not very good) white bands which makes them look paler. The eyes will darken too as they mature. They have been separated in to boys and girls now so we will let them get used to being without mum for a few weeks before they go to their new families.

Re: The Ketzinicos
The pups have now been split in to boys and girls groups and Ketzia is having a much needed rest now from them. Vincent has reached a massive 50g and is in with his bigger brothers. All the others are over 100g. They are all reserved and will be going to their new homes when they reach 6 weeks or a little later. They are really tame now and run up your sleeve to come out. These are the last pics pre split

Re: The Ketzinicos
Yes Vincent is under the washer and bolt we had to use to block up the chewed around water bottle hole a previous resident made!
How do you like the sleeping one in that last pic?
