If the babies are walking about and the mum will let you touch them it may be safe but if I were you I would not risk it just yet. If possible confine her to the bottom level by taking out ramps and secure the tray as best you can for a few more days. Mothers have been known to kill the litter after a sudden move with such young pups so I personally would not do it. Mums are best in a tank type cage for raising babies. You will need to prepare to separate the pups into males & females soon and take them from mum. See the breeding info on site
