Question Unwanted Litter?

So my male Syrian has once again got to my female- I'm not being careless when I say I have tried everything to stop him getting to her since her last accidental litter...but here I am.
I don't know 100% if shes pregnant, they were only together for a second or two I looked over and they were fighting--excuse me to say but she was rather...'wet' down there and I'm not sure if that was her getting ready or if I was too late and shes now going to have a litter.

I really don't know what to do- i struggled to look after and deal with her LAST lot of pups and I can't afford to keep these ones due to time and the fact that where I live its difficult to find them homes-
I really don't know what I can do in this situation, is there a chance she's pregnant? or have I caught it in time? I know she wasn't in heat before tonight due to her rather...horrendous smell she gets when she is in heat so am I safe?
