Re: Colours?
Yay! Percy is a girl! No wonder she was such a pain recently chewing at her old cage lol. I was also trying to think of a female Percy name - Personella? She certainly is lovely and I also like the full run wheel shot. Or just Miss Percy?

Re: Colours?
Thank you all for the replies!
It does explain a lot of her behaviour. She defo wasn't your laid back 'man ham.'
As for names... I'm just calling her Missy for Miss P when I talk to her. It's like a 'hello little Miss P' or 'Hey Missy' so no names really yet.
I am furious at myself for not catching on quicker! And I probably wouldn't of if I hadn't seen ErinsAnimals video on how she messed up.

Re: Colours?
I don't think so Winnie, but I'll have a look tonight and take some more photos.

Re: Colours?
I don't think so either, it's quite faint orange/brown colour so I think it's just browning

Re: Colours?
If she is tort her patches should be honey coloured (dove is black + cinnamon and yellow + cinnamon is honey so a dove tort has honey patches) and she does look like she has honey coloured areas. If she were browning I'd expect to see this more on the hips and bottom rather than the sides and head (she has on the top of her head) but it's hard to say from pics.
Don't forget torts can look brindled, pale, or only have one tiny spot somewhere so just because it's not terribly obvious doesn't mean she isn't.
Pretty girlie

Agreeing with this -- my black tort girl looks just black from a lot of angles, her yellow patches aren't large and only really on her front half!

I wouldn't confidently say your girl was a tort without actually looking at her in the flesh, as hamsters can often look so different in pics, but I agree with her being dove, and she is definitely pretty

Re: Colours?
It does looks like she has a few spots, very tiny bits though, so it's possible she is a tort afterall
