I would say he is a Silver Grey but a carrier of probably cream and maybe cinnamon which are influencing the colour cast on the silver. This grey mix gives a hamster that shows the colour he is.
The standards are for the perfect hamster who does not carry any other genes. This doesn't really exist.
I'm pretty sure he won't be a light grey as these are thought to be pretty much extinct nowadays. I have never seen a light grey in the UK.
Light grey is a lethal gene in two copies so litters were small and they all but died out.

Light grey is very rare, and the heterozygous silver grey looks similar to a light grey due to the brown tones it has. A homozygous silver grey (two copies of the gene) doesn't have the brown tone.

A dark grey umbrous would be very dark in colour, the umbrous gene darkens the ends of the fur. Dark grey without umbrous is darker than the boy you have at the moment, so he's definitely not dark grey.

The father can still be long haired and banded with silver black. Any hamster can have a pattern and any coat type with any colour. All patterns apart from roan that is, only cream based colours can be roan.

I agree with Nancy, He's a heterozygous silver grey.

The ends of the fur is darkened (its obvious). So is it heterozygous silver gray and umbrous (Sgsg U)?

No he's not umbrous. Silver grey has dark ticking on the tips of the fur. Umbrous hamsters, for example a sable (which is Black eyed cream + umbrous) appears to be a black/dark brown hamster with cream coloured eye rings, but if you separate the fur, the colour at the bottom of the hairs will be cream.

The image below is a picture of two hamsters with the same 'base colour' which is black eyed cream. The one on top is a black eyed cream + umbrous, the one below is a black eyed cream.

Agouti colours, like your silver grey, has ticking which is a fine darkening of the tips of the fur.

A silver grey is heavily and evenly ticked with black. That is what you are seeing - the ticking. He's not umbrous.

Your Male is Hetero(has only 1 gene of Silver Grey) silver Black(Sgsg + aa) and may carry other hidden colors like Cream(ee) and Cinnamon(pp). Your Female is Golden and if she were Hetero Silver grey she would look exactly like her Grey son as the Silver grey coloring turns any Agouti color to some form of a grey. Your Female does carry black, and may carry other hidden carried colors like the Male.

Silver grey is the only grey gene which is dominant and needs only one gene of grey from the parents 4 genes of color passed on to an offspring.
Your Dam of this litter is at the least ++AasgsguuLL(based on the fact the litter appears to be all short haired) Your Sire HAS to be at least aaSgsgu_ll One of your parents carries either Cream or Cinnamon as your Silver grey pup is Hetero and creamy toned grey shades which only occur when the resulting Grey pup has some other color carried which turns the grey to a buttermilk like undercoat.

The Silver gray on any self color produces a self color pup which often hides the fact of the hamster being Silver grey. Which is why your Silver Black band male doesn't look silver grey. I gave you some very explicable photos of what Silver grey looks like when combined with Black in my earlier post.

Dear Nancy, I wanted to ask what do you mean by cream carring. You wrote "One of your parents carries either Cream or Cinnamon as your Silver grey pup is Hetero and creamy toned grey shades which only occur when the resulting Grey pup has some other color carried which turns the grey to a buttermilk like undercoat.".
I understand that Dam and Sire could have Ee (carries cream). Does creamish undercolor in this boy mean he allready has ee and Sgsg, or he is also just Ee carier? (I saw one or two times cream hamsters in the place I bought my hamsters, so I presume they really carry cream).

I just have one more question for the pros
Why in the whole litter wasn't any golden hamsters?

Yes one of your parent hamsters has to be Ee or Pp(cinnamon can also turn a grey hamster creamish tone grey), or Both cream and cinnamon carried.

Your Grey pup is most likely Ee so his gene chain would be something like this AaE_P_SgsguuBabaLl You won't know if it is Cream or Cinnamon carried unless you were to test breed him to a Red Eyed Cream mate. If that REC mate didn't carry for Black you would get Goldens, or more Heterogeneous silver grey pups as well as some BEC and IF he carries Cinnamon REC as well as Silver Ivories with both Black or Red eyes IF he carries for Cinnamon

Technically you DID get one Golden but the Golden pup also got Dad's Silver Grey gene so is Grey instead of Golden. The other pups just happened to gain a black gene from each parent so ended up Black but of course each of your Black and black band pups might actually be Silver black(I highly suspect the solid Black pup is). You have the same photo for the two black band pups so either of them might be silver black as well.
