Re: B14 - The Pekarettos
LOL. Komi, I wonder if she's going to build herself a Volcano nest for the pups? She'll have a wicked time with the babies once they start escaping on her. Can you see them burrowing out from all sides?

The sides? I'm now picturing a volcano spewing pups out the top

Re: B14 - The Pekarettos
Oh my gosh, haha. I could see her doing that... :P What a silly little goof. I'm hoping it'll go into a corner when we do the final clean, but maybe she just really likes the middle?

Re: B14 - The Pekarettos
The middle may be the warmest part of the bin and she knows how important it is to keep the pups warm. Glad your first own bred, homebred litter will ring in the new year. Kind of excited to see what colors they end up. Females will be either Yellow, or Yellowblack, or Torts as both parents are yellow colors. Males can be any and all the colors you stated.

Re: B14 - The Pekarettos
Its hilarious that shes decided to make a mountain in the middle, once its ready it'll be spewing out babies!
I can't wait to see her beautiful litter. Congrats for the first homebred litter Hekomi! That's a great milestone for Strongbrew!

Re: B14 - The Pekarettos
Yes, all yellow females! I'm really hoping for a melanistic yellow in this batch, if I'm lucky enough!
She is still in the middle, and has made QUITE a mountain. It's very cute. She came to visit me and get some Christmas treats this morning.
Definitely not as huge as Vectis' Atlanta, but at Day 11, Pekoe is looking particularly plump! She is being a very good girl, and has already learned the mesh-mooch trick Dar taught my SO

Re: B14 - The Pekarettos
Thank you! She is a lovely girl. Pekoe got her bin cleaned out today - she was very well behaved and has made herself a nice nest. She's gained quite a bit now! I can't imagine how big she will be before the pups arrive.
