Exclamation What to feed a nursing hamster?

I bought a hamster recently and I had her for about 3 weeks and about 4 days ago I heard tons of squeaking from her cage turns out I bought a pregnant hamster. She really did not have a big belly and seemed to have no major sign of pregnancy except for being extremely territorial during the last week but as she's a hamster I figured that was more instinctive than it was a sign. Anyways, she seems to be doing just fine and is under no sign of stress her pups are all alive there's a total of 6 I just wanted to know what is the best food to feed her of course things that are high in protein. Also would it be okay to be feeding her meal worms or small store bought roaches? I'd like to feed her some live food since I know hamsters are omnivores and would normally do so in the wild. Any tips on helping a nursing mother would be great this is the first time I've had a pregnant hamster so thank you very much ~

There is a useful article here - skip to the care of mum and pups section.
useful additions are plain cooked chicken, mealworms, boiled egg, baby food, porridge, chopped cucumber and dark greens like broccoli and spinach.

Thank you so much! Looks like I'll get her started on some mealworms and eggs!
