panda and pudding appear to be opposite sex

I just checked on my dwarfs and Panda has a nest of babies. What the hell do I do? As soon as I saw them I covered the nest and put the cage back.

Leave the pups in the cage with momma hamster alone for at least ten days. No matter what, do not move the mum or the pups. Momma will need plenty of food and water to feed the pups. Even if one of the pups is in the middle of the cage after birth, leave momma to do her own thing. This is a very helpful article:

Is there any way you can get "Dad" out of the cage? He may already have done the deed again but in case he hasn't it is best to prevent a further unplanned litter.

The babies are starting to get colour now. They seem to be dark, maybe black, perhaps black banded as their mum is. They can walk around the nest ( observed without disturbing) though eyes are closed. I think there are between 5 and 7 . I put some millet in for mum and she seems very happy. Another week and I will know !more x
