The second sighting of Jaffas litter!!
I managed to get a peak (and a few photos!) or Jaffa Cake's litter tonight! They are 10 days old now and you can see their fur markings. It seems that none have white faces which is odd as I thought that maybe one of her brothers was the daddy, I think more than ever that it is in fact Twix who isn't related! Woo! Does that make them TwixCakes? hehehe!
This is my first litter, I'm not too sure what to expect in the next week or so, I know that they are due to open their eyes on Friday!!

brill! can't wait to see squishy baby robo pics! Husky is dominant, meaning that if a husky was the dad you'd have some huskys as far as i remember, so i think this does mean that a normal was the dad

Mum is a normal. Glad of no inbreeding! All her brothers are husky
I can't believe how much they have grown, I remember when I could easily hold one on the tip of a finger. And that was just 10 days ago!

Re: The second sighting of Jaffas litter!!
i'm not sure but i think in terms of probability, if a husky was the father then the pups would be 50% husky
On top is mum, nn normal, and down the side is dad, Hn husky. As you can see, half the babies are normals and half husky
now, i'm not saying this is right, but this is what i get it to.

Re: The second sighting of Jaffas litter!!
I've got the certificate for Twix now. It's all in Polish so I don't understand it According to my friends Dad (the previous owner of Twix) he cost about £30! I'm a little suspicious though, for a start they wouldn't let me keep the certificate

Nice diagram, it makes it easier to understand the genetics malarki! I could be wrong as the fur is so very short. I wish I could post a piccy of them *Shakes fist at the 'no pictures of hamsters with closed eyes' rule* Nah, I'm only joking. I know it's there for the wellbeing of the hammy
