The Stansies (+pics!) 15/08/2013 (Stan and Rosie)

Day 8:
The pups are starting to get some colour, and I can see all the expected colours, as well as a little golden one The nest is getting bigger and bigger, and I have counted at least 12, but I think there could be 14/15! They are sooo cute, and their little ears are starting to form properly now. Rosie will sometimes lie on her side feeding the babies all lined up

Day 10:
The babies are starting to eat solid food, and I've been sprinkling tiny pieces of cucumber, small seeds and wheat germ near the nest. I've already seen one of them holding a piece of cucumber with it's tiny paws

Day 11:
We've had our first escapees from the nest! a little cream one and a sable made a break for mums food corner, but were quickly hauled back to the nest

Day 12:
Rosie has decided to move the nest to another corner for some reason! There are now regular escapees, and are soooo cute! they toddle out but they're not quite sure how to use their legs yet. Some of them found bits of cucumber I put in, but just as one baby was eating a bit, it got picked up by mum (still holding the piece of cucumber)
