I have seen so many video's like this and they think its funny and when you try to explain that the hamster appears as if it has a neurological problem (down to bad breeding like you said) they dismiss it and don't care, really annoys me

Cute yet poor baby I hope the owners will soon realize that it's not something funny. Also hope that the hamster is actually given much love despite the fact that the owners think of a ham back flipping is cool

Usually they are in denial about it which really ticks me off, the poor hamster in the video really needs to be put to sleep. It's the most humane thing to do.

See, a backflipping hamster would be adorable if it wasn't for the reason the hamster was backflipping. As it is, the whole neurological issue, and the fact that the hamster can't stop it and has no choice about doing it, turns something amusing in to something tragic
