Thorny is pregnant!!

Really excited so just thought I'd share this with you all.
My girl is finally pregnant! This will be my first litter so I cant wait.
I had to mate her on 2 seperate occasions and I tried her again tonight and she wouldnt stand for him and was sitting on the floor not letting him gain access.
Litter will be expected 6th april. Can't wait! Looking forward to hopefully getting some nice goldens in the litter as dad is golden and white and mum is flesh eared white.

I just saw this on the white hamster thread - good luck with the litter, keep us updated.

It is an exciting time, and very nervewracking too. well done Thorny (there is no rushing a lady is there - she wanted a bit of courting first)

That is good and good luck Thorny. I think spiring is definitly in the air. Keep feeding her well and I look forward to seeing some cute babies in a month's time

Thank you, I wanted an unusual name that none many people would have. Ill keep u all posted on her progress.
